Recently, TV Line,hit up True Blood executive producer Alan Ball to get his take on the season 5 finale,and to also get some initial spoiler teasers for the upcoming season 6. First, they just had to talk about new,super evil, Bill. Alan said he couldn’t comment on if Bill is a god or not,because it hasn’t been defined who Lilith actually is yet.

He went on to say, Bill is still Bill but he is something different. “It is Bill, but it is a transformed Bill. He is not a completely new person. It’s not like his memories or his experiences have been left out and he’s just a baby.”

Season 6 and beyond will answer the question, if Bill can revert back to the old Bill? Is he going to be evil? What does he want? What is he going to do? Bill will also definitely be more ferocious. After that, he said we’ll have to wait until season 6 to find out if Luna died or not after skin shifting into Steve Newlin. He confirmed that King Russell is truly,finally dead. However, we may still see him creep up in flashback episodes.

Recently, TV Line revealed that HBO already renewed True Blood for a new season 6 way back in early July 2012,so it sounds like they were extremely confident in it,and they should be as it’s one of their most successful shows. Later on this week, all you True Blood fans should expect to see a few season 6 spoilers teasers pop up as the producers and casts make their press rounds.

We’ll definitely get the first ones posted as soon as we hear anything. In related news, the season 5 finale episode is currently airing on the central coasts,and it looks pretty damn intense as Nora,Eric,and Tara burst into Sookie’s house,begging for her help as they think she’s the only one that can get through to weak-minded Bill to save him from those authority council/Lilith freaks.

Also, Sam,Jessica,and Pam appear to be in some major trouble at the authority headquarters as well. It should be an interesting conclusion to the end of the season.
