According to assignmentx, Executive producer of MTV’s hit show Teen Wolf, Jeff Davis, recently dropped a couple of new,season 3 spoiler teases we can look forward to seeing. It turns out the storyline will jumping ahead 4 months,and more.

Actually, Jeff started off the chat by revealing that season 3 is going to be jumping ahead 4 months to the first semester of the kid’s junior year. The subject of Scott’s father will be featured and be very important in one half of the new season.

The real reason why Jackson emerged from the water at the beginning of season 2,will be revealed. A couple of new villains will show up on the scene,and they were reportedly teased in the season 2 finale episode.

Finally, they will start up filming at the end of November 2012

According to our sources, MTV is definitely bringing their hit show Teen Wolf back for a third season,but that’s not all. They’ve also increased their episode order to a whopping 24 episodes instead of just the traditional 12 they’ve seen over the first two seasons.

The news was just announced at the 2012 Comic-Con event over in San Diego,California last month,via a press release from MTV, stating, “Season 3 will be 24 episodes. Twice as long as the show’s usual 12-episode season, though fans can expect it to be split into two parts.”

David Janollari who is MTV’s head of programming said, “Renewing the show for a third season celebrates the creative vision of Executive Producer Jeff Davis and the remarkable talent of the cast who bring this bona fide fan favorite to life.”
